"Staff on at Bupa in Penrith plaza need to learn some manners and customer service. I am a bupa member for a few years now and this is the first time I've come accross this behaviour from staff. I Walked in ( first time at this location) and was not acknowledged at all by the staff member there who had just collected papers from the printer so she was standing up and had to walk back to her desk which was facing the shop entrance. No smile or hello, absolutely nothing. She had someone at her desk who was on her cellphone. I know the staff member saw me walk in. Instead of acknowledging me and letting me know she will be a while with her current client but her colleague who was with someone in another room should be with me soon if i would like to wait she just ignored me and sat back down with her client. I waited to see if she would say anything to me. She did not. 5min or so later another customer walked in and stood near where i was and again the staff member saw but did not say anything. I interrupted the staff member and asked if there was another staff member on with her or if she would be long. Thats how i found out she was going to be long and she had another collegue there. It amazed me she couldn't give a general greeting or even acknowledge my presence when she's at the front of the shop. Its not hard to excuse yourself for a couple of seconds to acknowledge the person waiting and just give a heads up they will be a while."
