"I had a procedure booked in with a nurse i was given the nurses price but on the day i showed up it was dr ramin i saw who charges more. The price i was given over the phone is what i was happy with which is why i booked it. It wasn't my mistake but i was the one left trying to explain during the consult it felt like i was begging or something it was very uncomfortable. We went back and forth on pricing i said this is what i was told they should have booked me with a nurse not you he asked if i could pay more i said i was told $550 i should have just walked out then but i didn't, he decided to go ahead with it with the huffing and puffing. When i was paying the receptions wouldn't even look at me because i had payed less then i was meant to and to top it off i didn't see a difference with my procedure extremely unhappy customer i won't be returning."
