"Extremely unprofessional receptionists. I called to book a phone appointment today. The service manager in the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Poor in English communications and poor attitudes. When I made the compliant, she hanged up the phone twice as if no one would know. The doctors are nice. How come the service people are rude and unprofessional to the client?"

"Had persistent coughs that come and go when I go to certain places, so I was suspecting an allergy. Though, after just a brief chat with the doctor, I was prescribed antibiotics. I had to tell the doc a few times that my main purpose of the visit is to find the cause, thus, fixing the symptom was not my top priority. Eventually I was referred to a pathologist, but the allergy test result just said I'm allergic to pollen, which I already knew. I had no clue as to what plants to avoid. The symptoms eventually went away as the season progressed, and I did not need to get the antibiotics to make that happen."

"I leave in Chatswood for 10 years, people are polite, except this clinic's admin team, some of them speak very good Cantonese, not English, not others. Unfortunately some people enjoy, some people may not understand well. For example, if I ask, "what's your last appointment time? can I book 5:30pm on Monday?" She said, "we close at 5pm! I've told you already!" Generally quite strong tone. They have no booking confirmation email, text, call reminders etc., straightway charge 30 DOLLARS if arrival later than 15mins of your appointments, in very arrogant and blaming attitude, including if you forget, they'll call and charge, no invoice. Doctors are nice, Dr Zhu will also charge additional fees , but he let people know beforehand, and checking if we are ok or not, unlike the receptionist. In summary, I think this clinic's attitude and procedures indicate they just have too many customers, and charge additional costs so most of them won't come back."

Not to mention Dr Chu always provide professional medical consultation and advice, also thank you to the frontline reception staff who do a great job like greeting the patients and looking after them with patience, especially want to name the Practice Mgr Vivian who always goes above & beyond. I saw there were negative comments which were a false criticism with no grounds. I strongly recommend this clinic."
