"My father went in to the shop and was greeted with pure and utter rudeness and disrespect. The roller door was slightly open and my dad, being a first-time customer, was unsure whether it was open and after asking staff, the man in charge condescendingly replied with "the door is open, isn't it?! Of course we're open..." My father being a very patient man, continued to ask about the products he was keen to view and the man gave him little attention, replied constantly in a sarcastic, condescending and rude manner to simple questions a first-time customer would usually ask, and not once offered to help him out. He then asked my dad whether he had looked at the website and said the products are all there, but since there are no prices online of course my dad wanted to look at them in person. The man then said "you know you have to book an appointment...?"... He is a first time customer! Of course he didn't know! Terrible service, rude staff. They lost a customer who was more than willing to spend a lot of money in there. Well done guys!"
