The click & collect lady named Di had served me twice. Once, she didn't greet, didn't respond when I said "Hi" and handed in the parcel without say anything. Even after I said "Thank you". and Today, I picked up the click&collect again and she threw the parcel on the counter and said nothing. It's not really hard to smile, say "Hi" and "thank you" and engaging to customers when you are working in customer service."
