"Since purchasing a Smeg dishwasher 3 years ago, we have multiple issues that have needed service. Dishwasher has now broken down again and because it’s out of warranty, sorry can’t help you. Definitely won’t be buying or recommending Smeg to my family and friends."

"Had a small issue with my coffee machine; the digital clock was broken. It was out of warranty, so had been happy to pay for it to fix. The service I received was crazy quick; emailing back within the hour; I thought I'd have to wait days, if not weeks to hear back. They also, out of goodwill, said they would replace the machine for me. Well done Smeg, and Debbie who looked after me, will definitely be purchasing Smeg appliances in the future - great brand and products!"

"Great support from the Smeg service team, in particular the technician Michael has been fantastic - he seems to be able to solve all problems! Issue was resolved under warranty (which is what the warranty is for) - we're very happy and would buy Smeg again given the service support (we currently have 5 new Smeg appliances).
