"I would not recommend this store for its lousy customer service, and when customers call to chase after their payments, they get told: "that they are being difficult". They never like to admit they are in the wrong. There is a manager of computers there named "James Turner," I highly advise you not to deal with him for terrible, abusive customer service, he instead blames the customers for chasing up their money. I definitely would not shop there ever again. He is very good at telling the customers that they are being difficult when it is he who is also tricky. So customer abuse is wrong, but it is okay when staff abuses the customers by giving them incorrect information? Appalling service. Whether or not someone is a manager, it does not provide them with the right to use their position of power like what he did; he is dealing with different types of customers on a day-to-day basis (especially NDIS participants) where some of those people could have all sorts of issues due to their disability). He has no people skills at all; he is brash, abrupt, and very egotistical. Hopefully, one day Harvey Norman would train their staff on how to deal with customers better. It was a most unsatisfactory experience and a shame as I have previously found the team (especially in TV department amazing). I will actively avoid the store from now If it is the same “James” that I have had a bad experience then really for him to be a manager of retail is totally woeful, and appalling. The way he treats customers is definitely not called upon and what he says is that he follows up on inquiries but he doesn’t, he just says what he has to say just to get you off the phone or to get you to hopefully “go away.” The psychological mental, emotional and systemic abuse that was received by him was an appalling bad case of customer service and really for a company as reputable as Harvey Norman that really is not very good. I would not recommend anyone to shop at that particular store when there are plenty of stores to shop at."

"I bought a Panasonic digital alarm clock for my bedroom, not exactly easy technology to find nowadays. The two women in their mid-20s were helpful, friendly and happy to work within a budget. This store is always great."

"Warranty for 2 years. But battery didn’t last long, then asking to send to factory to check. Process within 2 weeks. Can’t get refund straight away! Unbelievable. Shame on this store! Bad service, for big company. Even Kmart, Target are better offer. BIG STORE, but lowest performance!"
