"I had an order mix up which was addressed immediately. The correct item was sent express post with a return sticker for the incorrect product. There was none of your typical, time wasting haggling which seems par for the course these days, even when it's clearly the companies fault. I had the right order within a couple of days & can highly recommend these guys. Excellent Customer Service & great prices! Can't beat that ;)"

"Napf Electronics sold me a faulty dishwasher before xmas. It worked for 5 days. They sent a repair person to have a look at it and i was told it was faulty. Napf will not replace or refund so i have complained to Fair trading. Napf wants to send out another repair person from the brand of dishwasher. I have been another 11 days with this faulty dishwasher. I am waiting for the other repair person to see it and tell me it is faulty before they then order another one which could take weeks to replace. I just want a refund or a quick replacement not to much to ask."
"Awful. Ordered an amplifier online for delivery from their store to a Sydney CBD address. Called them after not hearing anything for 8 business days (supposed to be delivered within 5-7). They obviously hadn't done anything about the order as they suddenly jumped into gear and told me they'd call back within the hour to arrange delivery. After 4 hours I called back and cancelled the order. They couldn't understand why - I told them they didn't deserve my business. It has now been 38 days since then and I STILL haven't received my $2,000 refund, which is racking up interest on my credit card. This is after being told on three separate occasions that the refund had been processed. I'm not sure what these people are like with in-store service, but they should not be selling items online."
