"Hi Ashley, Your reception is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever spoke to. Not sure why you hire a person who are pushing all the patients away. I called at 12:58pm 28/07 enquiry treatment at the clinic , the person who responded to the call said you need to book a consultation or call the nurse she cannot answer any general enquiry. Then I ask what is you name, she hang up the phone immediately. I called back again then the same person responded, I asked who I am speaking to, she said I am on of the admin person, I said I would like to know the name, she said why you want to know the name. You just need to know I am the one of admin person. I said I need to know the name before marking enquires, after she repeat why you need to know my name for 3 minutes, she finally said my name is Muqi, what a wonderful and great Admin staff."
"This is a non-for-profit private clinic. You pay every time if you want to see your doctor (you only have to see them once at the very beginning to sign). Most of interactions are between you and the WFC nurses. The nurses are very nice. The design of the clinic is to be efficient rather than to give patients best service. After transfer, the service WFC provides you is largely done. You are suggested to contact your GP for any pregnancy/ miscarriage care. If you are not pregnant, you can then restart the whole process by contacting your specialist doctor again, sign another paperwork, then continue everything with WFC nurses and never see your doctor again. If you are pregnant but with issues, you can still message WFC with your questions or updates, but you won't go in for any checkups and will be asked often to contact your GP instead. You may fall into the circle where WFC don't know and ask you to see GP, and GP prefers not to comment since it is an IVF pregnancy which is not their specialty. Your options are 1) see your specilist doctor and pay for every visit, 2) research yourself and work with GP within their comfort zone. This is not a place where you can come and just be the patient and let them do everything. This is a place where patients need to take full ownership, be on top of everything, follow their limited procedures and take care of yourself and your baby immediately after the transfer. In saying that, if you simply get pregnant and have a normal pregnancy, or simply did not fall pregnant, you may have a completely different experience since the level of care you would need is minimal, which would be the case for the majority. The cost of WFC is very low and I would still recommend it to others, but with a warning. There is a reason why they charge less, not just because they are none for profit, but also because of the level of care you receive."
"Bradbury is the worst doctor and apart of the worst clinic that claims to be for the avarage person. the biggest time waster. Totally incompetent at treating each patient as an individual and is 10000% there to collect a check and to make the hospital money above all. Good luck y'all. Look for other places, you'll find somewhere that actually cares and tries"
"I had been to a Private IVF and the Westmead Fertility Centre. I have to say Westmead Fertility Centre is my preference. That is why I choose Westmead again. They are well organized. The nurses are very nice. The communication is quick and smooth. Wish me luck this time. ✌️"
