"I took my 11month old child to have bloods taken. The experience was very good. They asked me to come between 10-4pm where there would be more staff available. I had 3 other staff in the room, one holding my child with me to keep him still, one taking the blood and one helping with the tubes. All the bloods collected on first attempt. The staff were very friendly and professional."

"We went for blood testing of my little boy last week. A lady named 'Arj' took his blood. I would just like management to know that she was very efficient but extremely rude and robotic. We had just found out that my little boy might fall within the autistic spectrum and understandably me and my husband were very shaken and teary. A kind word or even eye contact with us would have gone a long way on that day. But all we got was stern, rude and almost robotic treatment. She didn't speak to us, other than to instruct us on how to hold him. The other employees there spoke to my 14 month old little one to calm him but that was clearly too much for her. She did take all the blood at one go. But left me in tears for her complete and absolute lack of empathy. Everybody else was very warm. It might be worthwhile to emphasize on care/bed side manners with your employees, specially when no healthy child comes for blood collection."
