Reviews
"Wanted to post this review to acknowledge great customer service by Parvin at the Aquila Westfield Parra store. I was off to the shoe which was out of stock everywhere except for possibly one last pair at Parra. Took help from the Sydney City store to locate that pair and block it away (looks like the shop phone at Parra wasn’t functional or had issues). At the Parra store Parvin greeted advised me she had the pair (indeed last one) in stock and saved it for me. Even though I had made up my mind I was buying it she still took the time to explain the cleaning instructions and general care, as this was a delicate finish (patent leather). She then took the time picking out a matching belt (and shortening it to the right size, on the spot). Happy with the service. Thank you Parvin & Aquila."
"Great service prices where pretty good"
"Good service, Aquila shoes look great when new, after one month, They fall apart and look terrible Rubbish."
"Worst service ever. They are rude to other customers as well and are not friendly at all. I was doing an exchange from yesterday’s purchase as the shoes had thread sticking out in odd places but I honestly do not understand how this franchise is still open with staff like this. I used to always buy shoes for my husband from this brand - but this will be the last time I will be buying them. The pair I exchanged it to are not in the most perfect condition either. Management definitely does not think customer service is a high priority nor thinks it’s the way to keep regular customers."
"I entered the store in Westfield Parramatta today and picked up a formal shoe that I liked and wished to try as I was a serious buyer and was looking for the best to buy. The female staff,/lady in the store approached me and said these are PREMIUM range and EXPENSIVE as it's CALF LEATHER and asked me to look at other shoes in the wall that she said are LOW RANGES without even asking me what my budget is OR if I want to buy a CHEAP shoe. Is that not a direct insult of a customer? Come on !! a pair of shoes that was priced less than $500 was termed as expensive to me and the indication was that I should not look at them because I don't have money to buy them?? Ohh please Mr. Aquila Management, I guarantee that I would have bought that pair of shoes if I had tried and liked them and if the lady would have smiled and helped me to trying them. I bought a pair of shoes from Versace today and I didn't find them expensive and I would like the female staff in your store to know this please!"
