"I’m actually appalled at rebel in general not the parramatta store because the staff here are always great and so helpful ! But Rebel ! How dare you as a company only advertise your sales online and not in store ! I went to purchase a pair of shoes in store and the cashier wanted to charge me full price , I then showed her the online price and she said oh yes if it’s advertised on line and you show us then we give you the sale price ! So hang on if I hadn’t checked the rebel website I would have paid more ?! Sneaky and appalling behaviour from this company Be ware ! Always check online price !"

"My Friend bought me a Manchester United Shirt size medium with a name on the back. When the shirt was delivered the tag says Medium but the shirt size is XL and its printed XL in the shirt. I went to Rebel Sports Parramatta to exchange it and they said they cant do it because its customised. Its not my fault that you guys sent me the wrong size shirt. The manager named Mark was really rude and didn't want to help me. I showed him the T&C's in Rebel website which states they will exchange it if the size was wrong but his answer was sorry i xant help you. Absolute disgrace you guys are. I think you guys dont know about Australian consumer law which is my next step."

"This is a really great store with a wide variety of stock across a variety of sports/activities. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Whilst walking around a staff member offered assistance but then left me totally alone when I told them I was fine. Also wanted to try a treadmill on my last visit and they were very helpful then too."

"During the latest wave of COVID19 cases, i usually shop online. Happy that my first venture out shopping to find a good pair of running shoes and women's sports attire rated a 5 out of 5. This review of Rebel rcx Parramatta was a very pleasant experience for the following reasons; Service; On the day I went into this store, I was served by sales staff member Gail and the check-out operators. Their service was friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Cleanliness; During COVID19 restrictions etc, the store was clean, there was ample hand sanitizer to use and all staff on the floor were wearing masks (as was I). Friendliness; Based on the service from Gail, I rate this store a five out of five for friendliness. Value for money; This store has a variety of shoes, fashion, sports equipment to suit the sports, gym and fashion-forward sports enthusiast, as well as all tastes and budgets. Variety; Excellent variety of shoes, track, sport, sports labels to satisfy the fussy. Overall, very happy to have ventured out from my bubble and internet connection to re-connect with my local sports shop.
