"I love going to Jay Jay's Parramatta. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the range, while limited in larger sizes, is fun and versatile! The only reason I'm not leaving five stars is because i have trouble moving around the store with my cane due to space. It would be largely inaccessible for someone with a pram or larger mobility device"
"Was in last week picking up a massive amount of shirts, singlets and shorts for my younger brothers and myself. Spent a while in store as I haven't shopped for my brothers before and was trying to get an idea or two going. Stephania was extremely accommodating to my questions and helped me with colour matching and ideas. The whole team gave me excellent customer service and Jess explained the Christmas discounts easily. Something that not all retailers do. Jess, Stephania and Jay Jays Parramatta win all the points here for the way they helped me to understand the specials and colour matching. "Horrible customer service. Had this one Asian girl with lots of make up on, overcharge me for two pairs of shorts. I did not notice this until 20 minutes after the purchase and brought it back into the store to get a refund. What happened after that was I received a tirade of abuse, claiming I was trying to cheat them out of their money and why didn't I point it out during the purchase. Well maybe if you charged me correctly then I wouldn't have to bring it back. Anyway, will not be going back there."
