"DO NOT BUY ONLINE - WARNING -I purchased a ladies pair of work shoes and they posted me 3 kids pair of shoes. I emailed Clarke's aka Brand Collective Aust with photos advising them of what I received. A week later I finally received a reply & that was because I had to follow it up. Well the customer service received from Sherin (I'm assumming the only admin person that works for the business) was so unprofessional and appalling, I've never experienced anything like it from such a reputable business such as Clarke's. After 4 emails still no success. I highly recommend that if you purchase shoes online make sure you get the right ones because you will experience a nightmare trying to return them & on top of that waiting weeks for the refund or just a reply to a simple email."

"I bought a pair of shoes and after a few months the back of the shoe is torn apart. First time I buy a brand and this happens. The shoes also make squeaky noise like baby shoes. They are also uncomfortable rubbing the socks when walking. This is possibly the worst shoes I ever bought."

"I would give Clarks Parramatta Westfield - 5 stars for customer service if the first staff served me from the beginning to the end. The first staff (I did not get her name) who greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. She helped me to check the size, recommended other alternative designs and explained all my questions. Unfortunately, she had to leave to post some parcels and asked the other guy to serve me instead. It was on Tuesday (28/06/22) noon and obviously the store was pretty much empty with only 1 or 2 customers coming in and out without requesting his helps). BUT he did not even bother to pack the shoes nicely after I paid $120+ I had to repack everything myself right at the store to make sure the shoes was not deform when he just tucked the shoes into the box like a rubbish. Plus, his attitude was very bad when I asked about contacting regarding new stock arrival. To CLARKS PARRAMATTA WESTFIELD: If your staff (the guy mentioned above) cannot respect your customers or potential customers, do you think he will help you to sell your products well??????"

"Really bad experience. The website says it would be packaged the next following day if I ordered before 8pm or something on that day. The truth is that they didn’t pack until the 3rd day after the order. I paid 15 dollars for extra express to make sure I can get the item before I went for a business trip, but I have to buy another one instead because they can’t make it. I also tried to contact them by email but no response at all. The interesting part is that Clarks sent me a survey email to ask me about the feedback about the purchase. I submitted my comments and they told me it can’t be published (maybe because I didn’t give the positive feedback). Fine, I will publish my real thoughts on google. --- reply to owner's response: I've double-checked my bank account and my email carefully. There is a reply email in my junk mailbox regarding my case several days later, sorry about that. But I haven't received any refund yet. It has been 22 days after my purchase and 16 days after the guy promising the refund."
