"Was in there for 15 minutes browsing and no one said hello or if they could help while another woman was lingering near the entrance and straight away was asked if they needed assistance. I was in casual wear while the other lady was in a dress. Honestly was easier to leave and was served by the lovely ladies at Adairs across from them and bought some lovely new linen. Please train your staff with better customer service."
"I have been a member with Bed Bath N Table since 2014 . I went there today with a friend of mine my phone was dead couldn’t bring the vax pass I waited outside for her looking at the merchandise an Indian lady wearing black and white top standing outside came towards me ..no excuse me or I am sorry Ma’am.. can you move away and wait outside the shop and kept walking towards me .. standing within not even a 50cm gap. She had a bad odour and I felt so uncomfortable.. What the hell is going on with these shops employing scum bags. My friend didn’t end up buying because she heard about that lady did and ended up buying everything from Adairs . Nice , lovely and helpful people ."
