"Staff are goood but had to wait 2hr to find sales person. Counter lady could not sell iPhone to me, send me back to phones area where I had to stand for 2hr like an idiot. Staffs are not in a hurry to serve more people, just casually chatting with one customer and bargain for $2 discount wasting others valuable time. It’s $10 shopping or $2000, no different. Have to wait for sales person wandering around like a fool. No common sense whatsoever. Horrible experience."
