"We ordered furniture from another furniture store in Campbelltown, the delivery was meant to be May then June then July and we were now told October. Being a new home, we’d bought all new furniture and couldn’t wait that long. After being mucked around by this other store, I demanded a refund on the spot and I phoned Amart furniture Campbelltown and spoke with Paul. Paul was amazing over the phone, answered all of my questions regarding size, style and nothing was too much. An hour later, we’d paid for furniture, picked it up from the warehouse in Minto And it was in our home! We can’t thank Paul enough! After being mucked around by another store, I won’t ring around, I will just head straight to Amart. Thank you Paul!!!"

"Had such a pleasant experience shopping here this afternoon. I was lucky enough to have my service provided by Jackson and he was phenomenal. He helped me choose two major furniture items for my new home, helped me with colour, measurements, style and also made sure what he showed me they had in stock for me to take home that same day. Not only was Jackson great but every staff member I walked past wished me a happy Easter, let me walk through aisles before them and were very courteous."

"If I could give no stars I would. Ridiculously bad customer service!!!! Bought a brand new lounge, took 5 months to arrive, had a fault after a month, took a lot of calls and emails on my part to have it looked at 4 months later, in that time they offered me another lounge worth a third of the price I paid for this one, which I didn’t accept. Took another 2 months for them to say yes they accept the quote to have it fixed, I had to call numerous times to find this out. Then they told me I had to call the repairer to arrange it to be fixed. Seriously?? Do your job!! I’ll say it again, ridiculously bad customer service, still not fixed, supposed to happen in May, 8 months after I first reported the fault. NOT HAPPY!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"

"We purchased bedside drawers from Amart Penrith...boy how far have they come....the quality is great and the staff are great. We had to pick up from the warehouse at Minto and again great service! A pleasant experience all round"
