"Walked into the Erina Store this morning and missed seeing the Covid QR check in. The assistant was really rude and said "More of you that won't check in. I bet you don't do this at Kmart" I apologised and said I'd check in but she just kept going on and on and getting irate, even after I checked in and showed her my vaccine proof. I told her that I wasn't being rude and felt she shouldn't be rude to me. "At Lowes" Ha, don't think so. I'll never step foot in a Lowes again."
"A very small, somewhat cramped little store. Great staff, nice change rooms, good stock levels and variety of styles in different sizes. It is obvious that this store (like many others) is facing challenges in these (covid19) times. I have noticed changes being made that may have more to do with "the opportunity of covid19" than with the challenges. But at the end of the day the staff need our support."
