"My husband bought two shoes through website and was used click and collect services. Because we were want to get the shoeses ASAP. And the processing time frame were okay, after few hours later we bought by website, we could get the information email about ready for pickup. When he collect it on Friday, it looked all wrapped up. And we didn’t expect this happened. He went back to the carpack with joy and just opened his shoese box right after collect the product, he found that there was only one shoese left in his shoese box(only left 1 of Left foot’s shoese in the box). He had to go back to the shop again to explain it. And the staff gave him right foot’s shoese for him. And he came back to our car again, and during the time i checked my shoese box as well. And this time, the my both shoese sizes were different ( left one is 7, right was 7.5 ). I totally disappointed of the services of this. He went again to the shop and explain to staff again and get the right pair of the size shoese for me. It was so unprofessional customer services. I think that staff should have checked inside the shoese box before inform to the customer for pickup the product."

While I had something in mind the young assistant identified my very flat feet and was very knowledgeable in the many brands of shoes that would be suitable to my feet. I was impressed. That day I walked out without purchasing however since then I've purchased a pair of shoes rebel online as he suggested if I was unable to come back.
