"Customer services are a BIG SCAM. There was a sale “every $200 you spend, you will save $50”. I purchased a suit for $400 and I was supposed to save $100. The customer service named “Abu” offered me suit accessories to purchase for $20 extra to give me a “discount” and I already purchased items that cost $400. I did not need to buy extra items to get a discount. He made me buy suit accessories for $20. I didn’t realise until I got home. When I checked my receipt I saw that the items we purchased added up to $420 instead of $400, and therefore, the suit accessory was unnecessary, as my items already saved me $100. I am very disappointed with the customer services"

"At first I was planning of giving this shop 5 stars for a wonderful attention and help that we received from a sales lady named Natasha. She made it easy for me to put together a good attire that I can wear for a wedding. Then that's where it stopped. It wasn't probably her fault as she probably don't work there everyday. I decided to get the jacket that I bought to be altered and said they can do that for me. I thought great, a complete full service. I was told it will be a quick job and I should be getting a text or call real soon. A week and half later no message or call received. I rang up to ask and that's when all of the stars starts falling down. The most obnoxious guy spoke at the other line. Without even asking me for an invoice or ticket number for purchase verification, just said that they might not have it and even had the audacity to tell me that I might have bought it from other YD shop, but confirms that Natasha works there. When I asked if why they kept the jacket for that long without notifying me and the answer is not worth the time in insisting for an answer. I finally went there to pick up the jacket and was met by a girl at the counter with a greeting that makes you feel unwelcomed. No thank you or anything while handing over the jacket and by the way was poorly done by the tailor. the inside lining inside the sleeve was not sewn properly and was left with a hole. So I spent more than $600 on this shop but did not get the proper treatment that I expect."
