"To the rude, arrogant Manager at this store who thinks he has the right to question people when the clothes in his store tear in one wear, how about question the quality of what you are selling instead. I was so embarrassed and angry at this approach. Honestly, if you want to keep customers in your store treat them with more decency and respect. It is funny how friendly he was when I bought the clothing at first though. Different story on the return."
"Zero stars for their service. School socks, you think it'd be an easy buy. The uniform area is chained off. I was standing at the 'entrance' to the school section and was let through at this point by staff member #1 who then left the area. ...Socks collected... Long story short, I was bypassed. A number of customers were escorted in front of me, but neither staff member #2 or #3 enquired if I needed assistance. So I spoke up. I was accused of entering the wrong way ... huh? After some politely controlled vocal dispensation, staff member #3 admitted they'd made a mistake by, yes, deliberately ignoring a customer and making an incorrect assumption, and finally apologised. ...mmm..."
