"Where should I start? The racks are so packed that it's difficult to sift through items to find your size and when you finally do, remove that item from the rack without dragging everything with it. The fitting room was so untidy with empty hangers and abandoned clothing that I was forced to hold my own items while trying on items of clothing. The sales assistant sounded pleasant enough from what I heard but maybe if she spent less time looking at her mobile phone and more time looking after the store it would have been a much more positive shopping experience. Let me clarify that this review is for the general Cotton On store which does not appear to have it's own review page, not Cotton On Body."
