She went above and beyond and offered to order the pair of shoes I wanted, in the colour I wanted (as the Narellan store didn't have any in stock) and have it delivered straight to my home without any additional fees. Amazingly, my shoes were delivered in 2 business days! I'm so impressed with the whole experience!"
