"Seeing the negative reviews I was sceptical to apply for passport via them but the lady was very patient in correcting the mistakes made in the online applications which took almost half a day of her time in the busy weekend. I'm sure other shops would have asked to book an another appointment but she didn't. Our Australian passports were approved without any questions and received on 5th working day. Thanks for your help and patience lady!"
"They don't even deserve 1 star !!! Very very rude people and they have zero knowledge about the passport. I have wasted so much time and energy even for small thing. They took passport photos which was totally wrong and passport office rejected 2 times and i went back to them and show the email from passport office. That lady there even doesn't believe the photo was not correct. And she wanted me to send same wrong photo again third time !!! And they wanted to charge me again for new photo... it's completely ripoff ... very very poor customer service... never go to their store for passport and photos.."
"Worst Worst worst place for any thing. Specially for passport application submission. They took my 4hrs and ruin my whole day. They should be removed, they dont deserve even a social Smile. All wrong information and zero knowledge about things. Rude people. And this is my experience from past 2yrs... i thought it could be that people at times behave different for many reasons but these husband wife n daighter are always Rude, not at all helpful."
"Extremely rude and arrogant owners. Manners and a smile do not cost anything. Not willing to go the extra mile for loyal customers. Refuse to use/shop here anymore. I agree with previous reviews that they hate doing passports. Male owner refused to look at a passport application for my 3 month old baby despite no customers being in the shop."
