To embark on your Umrah trip, there are certain documents you will need to complete. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in the Kingdom and should include your place of birth and full name. Additionally, you will need to provide two recent passport-sized photographs with a white or light background, a confirmed round-trip air ticket, a letter of introduction from an approved Islamic association, and certified copies of proof of relationship for ladies and children who must be accompanied by a male relative.

Furthermore, a certificate of vaccination against Meningitis is required, which must be done at least 10 days prior to entry into Saudi Arabia and be valid for three years. Non-Australian or New Zealand passport holders must also submit an immigration residency permit showing at least two years of prior residency in Australia or New Zealand.
