"Extremely disappointed with fragile earrings and poor customer service. I recently purchased a pair of earrings that turned out to be incredibly fragile and prone to breaking with minimal use. After only a few uses one of the earrings inexplicably broke apart. I immediately reached out the The Silver Collective attaching a photo of the broken earring as requested. Their response was swift, but it was far from satisfactory. They claimed that the breakage was due to me being "forceful" with the product, basing this assumption solely on the one photo I provided. All I did was open the clasp to wear the earring and the one part snapped off. It is absurd to judge the usage habits of a customer based on one photo alone. I took Impeccable care of these earrings, removing and wearing them gently, they were only a few months old and not worn everyday. The company's implication that I mishandled the product was not only insulting but also a convenient excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their poor craftsmanship. What's more frustrating is that despite my efforts to explain the situation and my disappointment, the company refused to replace the broken earring. They stood by their initial assumption without any willingness to investigate further or acknowledge the possibility of a manufacturing defect. This level of dismissive customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe that a reputable company should stand behind the quality of their products and demonstrate a genuine concern for their customers' experiences. Unfortunately The Silver Collective has failed on both fronts. Not only did the one earring break far too easily, but their refusal to address the issue adequately has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Save your self the hassle and disappointment by shopping elsewhere for jewelry that truly lives up to its promised quality and customer support. EDIT: Thanks for the response but I have reached out to you twice already and was told I intentionally broke my own earring due to opening it with force (obviously your “good quality” items are only meant to be worn two or three times before they break). I do not recommend anyone purchase delicate items from your store."

"I purchased several Gold rings last month and one has already turned completely silver on the outside. Not the inside where it makes contact with skin. It’s extremely poor quality. I contacted support and was asked for additional more clear pictures which I provided. I received an email back stating that this is not a common problem and has to be looked at by another department and they would come back to me once they had reviewed. I then read reviews left from other customer’s complaining about the same quality issues. I asked to return the ring, one of several I purchased as it’s no longer gold and rather than provide good service they are messing me around knowing full well from previous complaints there is a quality issue. I’ve had to raise a claim through PayPal. Absolutely do not recommend this company if you are looking for quality. Best to read the negative reviews before dealing with them"
