"Visited this store to buy some accessories for an Event. Not impressed as the young Aussie blonde Sales assistant didn’t bother greeting me, and didn’t ask if I needed any help even though I was browsing for a while and holding onto several items I wanted to purchase. She went up to the person next to me twice to ask them if they needed help, and assured that customer that they were close-by incase they needed anything whilst ignoring me in the process!! lol I went into Colette’s Accessories and was greeted instantly with a smile and was told about sales and deals etc etc etc"
"Do never go here and get your ears pierced. My mother (55 years old) spent a night in hospital on a drip due to an infection. She spent her money and time going back and forth to doctors and was on 3 courses of antibiotics. The girls are hopeless and said they couldn’t do anything, we asked for a refund and even that was an effort for them to do."

She was very efficient in getting both ears pierced before my daughter got upset. A chocolate, soft cuddle bunny toy and sparkly pink ears later, she was one happy girl. Thankyou."
