"My husband bought a new Watch, wen got home realised the watch was picking up 2 minutes every hour, my partner loves watches, when I went back the next day first I was told did I know how to use it? Then I was told to go outside to the watch seller to ask the reason why it was doing this, then I was told I will do it for you, when she came back told me the was nothing wrong with the watch we just had to put it on the wrist and it would work, maybe if she would have listen a bit more rather that been so up her self she would have heard I said it was picking up minutes not loosing them, I was also told it was the battery shame it does not have one……at the end I got the money back….such a shame to be treated like a one stop Customer, after all this years I realised it’s time to change, and at the end not even have a nice day or sorry for the inconvenience, we’re did Customer service go!"
