"Frustrated beyond measure. Purchased two pairs of Nikes online for my teens for Xmas. First pair was right. Receipt did reflected what I ACTUALLY purchased but second pair was wrong size, wrong colour, wrong style and the SKU number was not a close match at all. Not sure how that could be messed up so badly. When I paid my money, that should have been the end of the stress over that Xmas present... Little did I know it was just the beginning. Now I have to go through the online return process, find the time to get to Australia Post when they're open and pray the replacement is in stock and arrives on time. All of which defeats the purpose of shopping online in the first place!"
