"Words can’t even explain how badly I was treated on Saturday afternoon by 3 staff members that mocked me laughed in my face and didn’t even bother to help I walked into the store seeking help nothing more I got disrespected in-front of other customers yelled at and got told they couldn’t do anything to help! the shoes that I was returning were and are still in very condition and I did not deserve this treatment ! ! ! bigger company’s offer refunds and exchanges all the time but I guess JD Blacktown don’t care about customer service what for they have the customer follow coming in no matter what right so who cares if they lose one customer ! Yes iv passed the 30 day exchange period but I had proof of purchase and the shoes are in brand new condition ! ! ! So disappointed to also know that the store manager didn’t bother to contact me and resolve the issues there’s always two sides to each story ! ! Treat people how you want to be treated"

"If i could give this place a zero, I would. The customer service here is just disgraceful for no reason. The attitude that the staff have makes your whole experience bad. Not only is their service bad, but they don’t have good customer service. Not happy!!!"

"Pathetic service. The manager of the store didnt bother to check the defect of a defective shoe just because they dont want the overhead of replacing it. He just checked the shoe without checking the actual defect after asking me to complain online and come again to the store. Why waste customers time if you neved wanted to help me out in the first place? Wont recommend buying anything from the company."

"Rude staff. Gave me the wrong shoes. Firstly staff told me thats what I gave him but I do have proof that it wasnt. I agree almost totally look the same, hence his mistake. So obviously I came back to get the right one. The lady doesnt seem happy exchanging it to the correct one. Was banging the boxes everywhere. Doesnt really explain what she was going to do. And then she was just like waiting for me as if I knew what she was thinking. Then she impatiently told me to get the correct shoes I wanted with slight roll of her eyes. She did the same thing with the other customer and just throwing the shoe box. And most staff were drinking freely around the shop with their energy drink and bubble tea."

"What a bad experience. Customer service is really bad and every single person just love to stay behind room and no one is happy service customer. This place really need to work on there customer’s service"
