"Very bad experience.My husband like the shoe which was on sale price 45$ at the time of buying.We paid the bill and took the shoe and told the sale guy Kevin we will be back to buy shoe for our son after half an hour.We were shock to see the shoe which we buy for 45$ was change to 60$ and when we asked about this to sale guy Kevin he said that you got a good deal.Today when we check our bill we were shock that Kevin had put 60$.We didn't check our bill at time of purchase as the price tag on shoe was 45$ so we believe he put the same amount.This really shock us he has to inform us that the shoe which we had buy was changed to 60$ we won't mind paying 60$.Today we took this matter to Shop Manager but in reply she said as she was not present yesterday so she is unaware of it.On trying to refund the manager was unhelpful and least bother in our complaint.Clearly the staff are not trained properly they tell us it will be refund but don't trust them as they are all absence of store policy and customer service.I am very disappointed and would like to suggest anyone to beware while paying the bill please check the amount of your shoe bill matches with the sale display price."
"Large girl with piercings too busy talking to customers about her size 11 mens foot and lying to them saying that shes not from the blacktown store so she cant give directions to the station (ive seen her at this store multiple times) that she couldnt match a pair of shoes. She gave me one shoe that was an asics gel ($240) and the other that was a ($80) shoe. Will now have to go back to the store to get the correct PAIR of shoes."
