"Absolutely love the clothes from rockwear. Fantastic quality and the price for what you buy is proven in the quality. I came in to the penrith store a few weeks ago. The service is fantastic, however, the only let down is that the staff are sometimes a bit in your face and as though they are forcing you to buy things which is why I dropped my rating down to 4 stars. I am a very independent shopper though, so that might just be me!"

"I went to Rock wear yesterday at 130 pm in Penrith plaza with one of my friend.. There were 2 staffs in there ..both of them were pretending to serve 1 single costumer..they won’t given get the correct size out when asked.. If I ask anything I was told to wait. Both staffs there were talking to that particular costumer about her nails and clothes and completely ignoring me. I had to leave the active wear that I tried before without purchasing and I walked out. Very bad attitude and very bad costumer service. I never felt this bad before. I went to another shop and did $400 work of shopping. It’s your loss for ignoring me .your staff should be trained for better costumer service. The young lady staff had so much attitude and was arrogant..didn’t even talk properly. I feel like never going back again. I give your shop zero rating for poor customer service."

"First time reviewer on product reviews.com and thought id copy and paste here too . I was shopping with a friend today in Penrith Plaza. We walked past the front of your store. We were standing staring from the front of your store when one of your sales assistants turned smiled and just greeted us, told us to come in. She made us feel so welcome, she was beautiful, sweet, kind. Straight up she was like, so what do you need ? What are you doing for exercise? She was showing us around the store, offering up ideas, i embarrassingly told her I was a 16, and she said hey everyone starts somewhere your starting here. Been there done that, I've lost 50 kilos, she talked openly about how she did it, before we knew it we were in the changerooms, she said hey im Kat and was asking for our names and with tights and shirts and bras and my friend and I were swapping clothes, we were having a ball in a gymwear shop and we are a size16 and this fit looking woman wasn't judging us or looking down at us. Ive never felt so welcome in any shop she is absolutely an amazing person to have in your store. I actually cannot wait to go back in to buy more gymwear. Her mentality is so empowering, when I told her I was scared to go into the gym that it was filled with beautiful people and i didn't want people staring at me ut woukd make me feel self concious, she said so come with me, I will be right beside you, if they have time to stare, they need another weight plate. I left your store feeling confident, amazing, I feel like "I CAN" THANK YOU !!!"
