Although I didn't end up buying anything I still felt impressed with the young lad who helped me and have to praise his patience and understanding. I tried on multiple shoes and he was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. He also recommended me some potential shops I could look at and like other retailers didn't force me to buy anything. His communication was also genuine and he genuinely wanted to provide good customer service. If you do shop from here, please get help from Sooban and not the other employees who don't even ask how you are. Rebel certainly should give him a raise and you should be proud of having an employee like that."
"Brought a pair of shoes today that sadly didn't fit so had them returned for a refund My partner took them back as I was busy and all went fine until I checked the refund receipt and found they have actually refunded the money to my partners card not my orginal payment card Very strange for a company to do that and their live chat support even said it was a mistake that shouldn't have happened :/ now instead of it going back in instantly since the payment is pending I now have to wait up to 10 days rip"
"I would leave them less if possible. I bought thongs 20 min ago and they refused to do any sort of refund because I had "worn" them... 20 min. What an absolute joke. They were also over priced. "I went in to get some runners and found the two staff members I met initially to be dismissive and more concerned with talking to one another. When I asked for a good walking shoe I was told "whatever my preference to go with that". I left but ended up coming back as I really needed shoes. I was then met by Soobaan, and had one of the best retail workers I have had the chance to meet. He immediately helped me (while serving someone else also) and gave me really great advice that left me spending over $100 more than what I intended, but with a great shoe that I am very happy with. Rebel best hope to keep him and he deserves to be compensated more than the workers who prefer to just hang out."
