"Like all other people about rude behaviour, instead of helping, staff kept tracking and instructing us to put back kids shoes on racks during deciding like when we were still sitting trying. Great work team JD, never comming back again on this shop!"

"They were so disrespectful to me and my family. My daughter was trying to find some white shoes and she found some nice ones but they weren’t her size so my daughter went to go ask one of the employees and the employee just kept rudely glaring at my daughter in responsive where as she should’ve said sure let me see if we have got your size. Then they didn’t even let my daughter try on the shoes and just started rushing and forcing us to quickly pay for the shoes without giving us time to try them on! Unfortunately, we bought them and came home and my daughter tried her new shoes on the next day and guess what? THEY DID NOT FIT!!! We wasted money on shoes that did not even fit! Then we thought about returning the shoes but we realised because of them rushing and forcing us out the store, we misplaced the receipt and to this day the useless shoes are just laying there in the garage. During the time at the store, my wife was also looking for shoes. The employee gave her one shoe to try on and took the box and the other shoe away. When my wife was trying to ask one of the employees for the other shoe they just kept ignoring her! I certainly do not recommend this store not because of their shoes, but because of their very rude and poor customer service."

"Rude staff ignoring me so i picked up the shoe i was interested in buying walked up to a sales assistant. When i asked i would like to try a pair of these shoes he said "just try that shoe on" pointing to the one shoe I grabbed of the shelf to show him. After that he quickly went over to some young guys in the store just to talk about their shoe collection and proceed to ignore me. That was enough rudeness put the shoe down and left the store."
