"Don't eat at Burgertory, they will literally screw up your order! I ordered a burger and a mac n cheese the other night, and halfway through my mac n cheese I bit down on something hard that hurt my teeth, so I spat it out and it was a metal screw!! Absolutely disgusting that it would be in my food and my mouth! I called the store up the next day to complain, and there was no manager so the person on duty took my details and promised me a full refund and that a manager would call me back within 24 hours. I received no phone call but I did get an automated email saying I would only be receiving a refund for the one item. Gave them a second chance to fix their mistake by calling head office, and the guy I spoke to sounded half asleep and not apologetic at all. A day later they followed up with an email that read like a generic template and then had the gall to offer me a measly $30 voucher to keep my business which is insultingly low and I will not be using it as I plan to never eat there again. Just a horrible lack of effort in trying to fix a major health and safety risk, it goes to show how little they care about their patrons. You have lost a long time loyal customer over this burgertory! Now I know why your restaurants are themed around sin."
