"At the time of writing my review there were already 238 reviews with an average score of 4.8. I was somewhat skeptical that this score was achievable for that many reviews. But, I'm happy to say that the reviews seem to be accurate. Food: Obviously I couldn't try everything on the menu. We ordered three dishes. A wagyu beef Udon soup dish, a frice rice dish with wagyu beef, prawns and truffle, and agedashi tofu. Each dish was excellent. In order of excellence, Udon soup, tofu then Fried rice. The Fried rice was more like a main than a dish for a single person. Tasted great, but maybe if it was intended for a single person then should have some side dish elements to it. On the menu it doesn't specify 'main to share', so a bit confusing. Mock tail was nice, and they use glass bottles for the coke which is cool. Atmosphere: fish tank is a nice touch, inside is nicely decorated, I appreciated the anime references. The feature is the lake view. Slightly smaller than I imagined, but made it feel intimate and good for dates. Service: waitress very response and nice. No complaints. Price: maybe most would think it's expensive, but for they're offering I think it's about right. Not something most can afford regularly I imagine, but nice for once in a while. Although I was skeptical at first, I'm happy to agree that this place is 5/5."

"I adore this restaurant . The atmosphere is perfect, the food is fresh with the most beautiful presentation and the staff are always warm and welcoming. A real gem in Caroline springs. I drive half an hour to visit this restaurant. 11/10! Can recommend everything."

"Nice location next to the lake for sunny day. The beef carpaccio & Kingfish carpaccio both were very tasty. Sushi are pretty good. I had nice dine experience. Only a thing I like to suggest is , they don’t offer green tea with tea pots. We like to have green tea in a pot."

"not sure what happened but the omakase plate has changed from a good selection and good quality to very basic. Although it says it's 32pcs, 8 of them were a pickle roll, whereas it used to be really good, pics attached to compare with what it used to be. maybe it was just tonight as it was a quiet Sunday dinner, but if this is going to be the options moving forwards, it's just not as good as it used to be. fried chicken is still good though."
