"I went here with my family for my birthday dinner. The food was average, and we waited over an hour just to get our second sushi platter . As a buffet restaurant, I genuinely felt that they held back the amount of sushis being made. It's very ironic because they are a sushi buffet. I've been to other Okami over the years this one was just not it. Maybe just order a sushi platter per person and not to share they will take the whole 2 hour session."
"I love Okami, but today was different, usually the servers are super attentive and sweet but i think i sat and waited for about 20 minutes to not only re-order some food but have my plates cleared. for the hour i was there, all the girls (but one of them) were sitting behind the counter just talking the whole time. not doing anything. so if you were that one girl at okami, running around doing everything the other girls were too lazy to do, i saw and appreciated you! wish they added some more items to the menu, but apart from that it always seems clean and food is good!"
"There were four of us sharing the entrees & mains. We each ordered our own separate dessert. Good opportunity to taste several dishes & we took advantage of this. The portions were good & well presented. Value for money. A little noisy, but to be expected as there were many diners, sitting in close proximity. Would recommend as somewhere casual to eat. Service was quick & friendly."

"Edit: We visited this restaurant a second time and it was abysmal. The first waiter literally didn't take down over half or order so we sat without food while everyone around us was served. When he came over he asked if we'd like to order more we told him we still hadn't gotten what we originally ordered so he just walked away. We flagged down another waitress who took the rest of the order they'd originally missed and we received half of that food before the food just stopped coming out. Be warned. The food was good, but what's the point if you're not going to get served any? First review: This place is fantastic. The food is piping hot and fresh, plus it tastes fantastic. The staff are very polite and always ready to take more orders. We tried just about everything on the menu and it was all much better than you'd expect an all you can eat place to be. Highly recommended."
