"We have been going to United tools since they first opened in west Gosford. Always helpful friendly service. Whatever they have not had in stock is promptly ordered & followed up with a call. Workshop Repairs is very convenient & at times minor repairs done on the spot if time permits. The new location at Somersby is much more convenient as there is no traffic issues."

Basically I needed to make a warranty claim on two Ryobi batteries and Liz Munt and her team sorted it all out for me. Now this is all the more impressive given I am in WA and the store is in NSW.
