"False advertising. Buyers be aware. Bought 7kg of aluminium welding wire online. Advert clearly said 7kg Turns up at my door step the box that it came in said 7kg unpacked the box and roll says 6kg. Therefore after all the excuses in the world. Best one yet its a 7kg roll but aluminium is lighter than carbon steel thats why you receive 6kg."

"Used them for years , generally ok, but just bought an oxygen reg, used it for 1 day & it blows full cylinder pressure into the lines & blows the low pressure oxygen line of the torch. No probs , anything can go wrong . Returned it with receipt & didn't get 2 words out to explain the issue & get spoken over the top of with "You dropped it, these things never go wrong." Well no I didn't, it was put straight on a cylinder strapped top a rack yesterday, but didn't listen , didn't even put it on a cylinder & test it , just got told, " tell your guys to be more careful" Stuck on an urgent job & no time to argue ,so had to buy another one . Stripped it later & found brass flakes from manufacture hadn't been cleaned out & accumulated under the needle & seat bleeding high pressure gas . Cleaned it out & fixed it so now I have 2 , but lesson learnt, warranty is non existent & not interested in even listening or checking over gear . Plenty of other suppliers, last $$ I ever spend there ."
