"I called them for price and the price he was giving me a ridiculous price without checking. I then called a different agent and they give me the same flight ticket snd it was $600 less per ticket then the price that gentleman was giving me from borak travel. I will never make a booking with them again. The way he was giving me the price seems like joking."

"They increase the price after initial booking when you want to pay. They are lair. and very bad customer service specially a gentle man when he pick up the phone. I dont know his name . "I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but there is no other option. This travel agent is extremely unprofessional. When asked to book for a specific city, she booked flights to the wrong city with multiple, unnecessary stop overs whereby we would wait for hours and keep flying over our final destination by flying across the whole world when it only needed one stop over. Imagine wanting to fly to Australia from New Zealand. She'll put a stop over in China and Netherlands just to get to Australia... An 18 hour flight has taken us 2 days to travel to. She didn't even ask us whether we wanted these stop overs, let alone asking whether it was okay to put us in the most uncomfortable seating arrangement. Yeah the service was cheap but I would never book with this agent again. She never answered calls and messages and does not know how to communicate what she is doing for you. The end."
