"Hare&forbes Westmead Rude customer service. Went in to buy a hobby size band saw ranging from the $550 range up to the $1300 range, guy serving us said we need to buy the biggest saw they have as we will be disappointed with the smaller saw even if were not doing much with it. I mentioned we only wanted it for a small hobby shed and he said he doesn't care that it won't be powerfull enough. He didn't want to look at the saws or even go through them basically felt like he wanted us out of the shop. Would not recommend going there if you want any of the smaller machines or any advice."

"Great staff, Good range, Good Quality too, Previously spent a lot of time looking for a 16mm Drill Chuck Key, and this was the one place that actually had it after wasting so much time going to other places that claimed to have it but the maximum size they had was 12mm. Today i found myself here to have a look at the bench vices, and they had what i need for a later date so im sorted."
