"My family was in Sydney for 5 days and by far my favorite day was taking this tour with Perfect Day in Sydney. The tour lived up to its name. Not only did we get to see wombats and Kangaroos up close and in their natural setting, Dave BBQ a yummy dinner for us. We learned a lot about Sydney and the beautiful country. "The wild wombat and kangaroo tour is definitely one of my best experiences in Australia! Dave was always good for a joke and had lots of great information about wombats and kangaroos and everything else we wanted to know about. We could get really close to the wild wombats, and Dave was the best fotographer, trying to get everyone a nice picture with a wombat! Anyone not doing this tour is definitely missing out on one of the best experiences around Sydney! We also did the flying fox tour, and it was incredible to see so many of them! "I had the most amazing day with Dave and Perfect Day Sydney. Really personal attention in a small group, with everything from phone chargers to snacks and extra down jackets taken care of. Fantastic scenery at several stops on the way to our evening stop, where Dave cooked us smashing hamburgers before we went on the meet wild vombats from withing a few feet, and wild kangaroos from within a few metres. We also spotted kookaburras and a lyrebird, among other things. Couldn't be happier."

"Don’t walk, RUN and book your slots for this tour right now. This is unlike any other tours I’ve gone for (and I’ve been on various day tours in Australia!). We went to multiple national parks and saw different waterfalls and scenic views. We even got to do short walks at some of the national parks that we went to. It really is such a good price for visits to multiple national parks. Next, the food and service are AMAZING. Dave packed so many snacks for us to munch on (we even had a little picnic time at our very first spot) and the famous pies provided during lunch was so good, I could understand why they were award-winning. I can wholeheartedly say that one of the (many) highlights of this tour is Dave’s bbq dinner. The entire experience made this tour stand out so much more than other tours because we basically had a taste of camping (eating in outdoor chairs while watching kangaroos in front of us). He provided us the condiments, drinks and some Aussie’s iconic desserts as well. It was just so surreal as I’ve never had such an experience. Lastly, the main highlight - wombats and kangaroos!! We got to get up close to the wild wombats and kangaroos. The pictures and experience are unlike any other (in comparison to the zoos) as these are wild animals roaming free. We got to take lots of good pictures. If you like a fun packed day that has the views, the cute animals and the good food yet it being not too rushing but rather chill and healing, this is the tour. Just like the name of the tour company, it really was a perfect day in Sydney. Dave is the perfect tour guide - he’s passionate about what he’s doing and he’s very attentive to the needs of his passengers.
