Agents are working under tremendous pressure to do the best for clients, yet still manage to be genuinely interested in your plans and want to give every client their full attention, even though they may not have eaten any lunch! Please be nice to these lovely people. Yes, you DO have to make an appointment because there are too few staff for everyone who wants to travel with Flight Centre's help, but it's well worth booking up with this team who will look after you.
