"dealing with Ironwood directly was very positive. to be able to talk to them to explain the design intent and finer details when using solid hardwood timbers. which Ironwood provided all the answers and explained how and what timber would best suit my application. the timber was delivered and packed in a way that i had the timber sitting on site covered up for 5 months and when used there was no bowing or cupping. very impressive. would certainly recommend dealing with Ironwood for all your hardwood projects.
