"Carrying out a major renovation, including completely replacing 4 bathrooms, in the aftermath of Covid lockdowns was not the easiest project I've ever attempted! It wouldn't have happened withut the incredible service I was given by Tina & Max at BIGA + Waitara. Sure things went awry (remember the massive supply problems we had?) but with patience and adaptability we got there in the end. We had to make some changes to the original tile choices - but there was a good range to choose from and Tina was great at checking out availability before the orders went in. Random bathroom fittings were held up for various reasons, but again, Tina relentlessly chased them up, even checking with other outlets in case anyone had what we needed (mostly they didn't). Suppliers were regularly followed up so that they didn't forget we were waiting, and as soon as each item became available Tina was straight onto the phone or email to let me know. Changes in quantities that arose as we went were also met with good humour and a great understanding of the urgency of getting the extra items needed while the tradies were on site. Prices were competitive, and I was also very much appreciative of Tina's advice in respect of colour, materials and price. I'm very happy with the end result, and I'd definitely go straight to BIGA + for any future tile and bathroom fitting needs"

"The store manager Tina is deceitful. I put two orders of tiles with precise dimensions provided. I trusted the store to calculate the amount of boxes. First time, they oversupplied me with 6 boxes. They said it is my fault. I swallowed it. Second time, I made absolutely sure the dimensions are correct. Used laser meter. Second order was oversupplied by 9m2. When I politely pointed out about the store miscalculation and asked her to return and refund the tiles, Tina became furious and rude. She demanded me to pay credit handling of 25% and a courier fee!!! Here is her reply to me when I said it is not gonna work. ========================= Me: "Hi Tina, I don’t think this gonna work. I am not paying for your restocking and sipping cost. This is clearly your error to oversupply my order. Just a reminder, you guys did exactly the same thing in my previous order oversupplying by 5 boxes. I request full refund, otherwise I will not hesitate to publish this story on all possibly newsgroups and leave frank feedback in FB, Google and etc. This is really unfair practice to your customers.
