"I'm not sure what the issue was, but the 'older' 'gentleman' who was working there today around noon: you are an extremely nasty man. Walking into the shop I noticed you walked over to the man browsing the aisles and politely greeted him. I came up to the counter to ask if you engraved items, since you cut keys. Seeing you just stand behind the shelf next to the other man who was clearly not seeking your assistance, I decided you had already made up your mind to ignore me. So I had to say 'excuse me' to get your cranky face to even turn towards me, wordless and then ask. I'm sorry it was too hard to even acknowledge me, and that the best you are able to do when interacting with a customer is a nasty, contemptuous shake of head. I'm glad the other man was worth the minimum requirement of customer service and basic respect, I'm not sure if it was some rusted on attitude from the early 20th century that young ladies shouldn't approach hardware stores, but whatever it is, I hope you wouldn't expect anyone to treat your wife or daughters like that you mean and nasty man."
