"Probably the worst company in Sydney when it comes to picking up orders. What takes 10 mins in other places takes hours here. You ring the day before then again when your a couple of hours away to let them know you are coming to pick up and when you get their you have to wait while they pick and pack order. Management needs to wake up and change their dumb policies."
"This workplace is very deceiving, looks pristine from the outer exterior with a "we are behind the best buildings" motto when in reality it is far from that. Worst management ever and no compassion towards employee's personal issues besides looking after their own advantages, benefits and financial gain. Also, they are behind in technology 5 years. Don't work here if you want a career but come if you want to retire."
"Bring your breakfast, lunch or dinner! It's a very long wait, more than an average wait. Forklift drives can be rude and abrupt. You get served when they are ready. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are a priority for them and you as a customer just have to wait. Ladies behind the counter are an enormous asset to the front desk as 1st call of contact. Always happy to help you quickly and promptly. I dread going to Rondo due to the waiting time it takes to get loaded. Especially if you have other deliveries to do."
