"Worst experience! $110 later and my hair cut is all uneven, one side is "layered" and the other side didnt even get touched. The lady kept pulling my hair and getting it stuck in the hairbrush and she didn't even know what she was doing, even after I showed her a picture. I asked for a bouncy blow wave and all I got was a ball of knots. Waste of money and will never recommend this salon to anyone. Start hiring people who actually know what they are doing not just people who take others money!"

"Came in for a haircut on Saturday, was charged over $90 and it was the worst haircut of my life. I showed an image of what I would like, the lady didn't even cut it straight and the blowwave was even worse. I ended up having to go to another salon and get the haircut fixed as I refused to set foot in there again. If I could give a zero, I would honestly do that!!!! I have never been so upset after a hair cut and even when I mentioned to the lady that it was uneven and nothing AT all like the image, she made up excuses and then said "curly hair is hard" if you aren't confident in cutting - then don't cut it. BEWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"I came in today and didn't have an appointment, the lovely Joanna fit me in for a full head of foils and did an amazing job with my colour. She was so helpful about what I should do, she definitely knows what she's talking about. My colour was done quickly and turned out beautiful! "I was a 5pm walk-in today and was served served immediately and welcomed inside. Rose did a fantastic job at the basin - double wash with scalp-exfoliation and conditioning with a head massage. I was then treated to THE BEST blow wave I've ever had as a walk in. I thought that the techniques that Rose used had been long lost, as many salons now just dry your hair then straighten with a straightener. Rose did such a fantastic job, I highly recommend her for your next blow wave. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I went to get a haircut yesterday. They charged me over $90 for a straight cut and today my friend noticed that it’s not even straight!! I don’t understand if you can’t cut straight why bother becoming a hairdresser?! It’s so unprofessional and disgraceful. Worst haircut ever.
