"Went here to get lash extensions. This was my 1st time and regret not doing my research. I went to a real lash tech and it took 45 minutes to remove excessive glue, glue stuck to my skin and my natural lashes clumped together with glue. The worst extensions she had ever seen! After getting my new extensions done properly I realised how they were supposed to look and be done! Strongly advise not going here unless you want permanent damage to your natural lash!"

The lady chopped half of my brows that was the look like I wasn’t going for she turned my thick brows to think brows and I’m not very pleased with these brows and I can’t wait till they grow back. "I’ve been using Eyebrow Parlour for almost 7 years now. It was my first time to go to the one in Pacific Epping today. I did clean up of my eyebrows as usual and once done I was asked to pay 15$ which is a service I usually pay 12$ for. I was surprised and even said that the pricing brochure on their desk showed 12$ not 15$ for women’s eyebrows. The lady said that this brochure is old and needs to be updated as well as the price listing on the shop’s window. I paid accordingly but was still suspicious so I opened your website and checked and found that the service is for 12$. So I don’t if the employees there are trying to ripe of customers and making up prices or what’s the deal? Apart from that not all of them were wearing masks and were threading using their mouth which made me uncomfortable from the hygienic point of view. Thanks"
