"It was my daughter's birthday we went their for getting our nails done. They can refused to take clients of they don't have professional staff. But they ask us to sit and wait after 30 minutes waiting when we get bit upset unattended. The receptionist said oh sorry sorry this girl will do for you ... The girl was trainees we got to know half way of getting nails done as she was struggling....and make our nails out of shape and very thick ..I told them I am not happy ...they ignored and asked for payments only ...I found they were nice at the time of you enter the shop and rude when you tell them their mistakes. + overprice and not even apologised for their mistakes. Never going back !!!!"

"Had a really bad experience going to rainbow nails, worst SNS, the top layer of SNS started peeling off the the second day I had them done, staff was in a hurry to close the store and missed to apply the top coat on my nails which led the nail paint to peel off. Worst experience ever, you guys ruined my birthday nails honestly , wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
